Submerged Records
Anthony Dulong is a multifaceted artist and entrepreneur based in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. A multi-instrumentalist and songwriter, he began playing guitar at age 11 and has been deeply involved in the Nova Scotia music scene since his youth. Dulong is the creative force behind Submerged, a band that blends alternative rock with elements of grunge and post-punk. His song “For A While” was played on CBC Radio and gained national exposure. He has performed live at venues across Nova Scotia, including The Seahorse, The Red Knight, Gus’ Pub, The Alehouse, Yarmouth Seafest, private events, and more. Other notable songs include “Kudos” [YouTube link] and “Ghost” [YouTube link].
Submerged Records and Anthony Dulong are officially registered with SOCAN and Panorama (formerly SOPROQ), among other recognized music industry organizations, ensuring that all music is properly licensed and royalties are tracked accurately.

Anthony Dulong
Beyond his musical endeavors, Dulong is the founder of Halifax PC Repair, a business he established in 2018. With over 25 years of experience in technology, he has worked with clients across Nova Scotia, including major companies like Cineplex and Register.com. Dulong’s entrepreneurial spirit extends to his role as the owner of Submerged Records, a platform dedicated to promoting innovative and underground music artists.
In addition to his music, Dulong is a published author, with one book already released [link to be added]. He is also working on releasing two more novels and a full-length album. His work reflects his commitment to fostering creativity and growth in both the music and literary communities.
